How can you 'be' us? A commonly asked question. We work closely with our clients to ensure their profiles reflect who they are and what they do through tailor made social media management solutions.
This will help us reflect your organisation and make effective links with your target audience. Social libraries typically include:
industry related resources you endorse (e.g. news sites, online journals, publications)
organisations, charities or brands you support
current clients, partners and competitors
a calendar of events and/or milestones
In addition to your social library, we will also share photos…of you, your team, office, events or products, to personalise your social profiles. We will also collaborate on ideas. While your content manager will maintain editorial responsibility, they are still your profiles. We want to hear your thoughts about links to share, connections to make, conversations to join and blogs to post.
Your profile manager will be on hand to:
discuss your social goals
help you to generate your social library
manage and create all daily updates, interactions and content creation
provide editorial support for your own in-house content creation
keep you updated via email and phone
To get the most out of your digital activity, there are a couple of things to remember, like having links to your social media profiles on your website and in your email signatures. We will help you make sure you have all your bases covered to maximise exposure.
Handling negative comments
Responding constructively to fans and follower feedback is vital. Happy (and unhappy) customers share their experiences with their friends, and so it is important to let them know you are listening and ready to respond. We will work with you to agree the best methods for dealing with all feedback, with reference to your existing customer services guidelines.
